Artist Submissions

We kindly ask that you do not present your works at the gallery in person without a scheduled appointment.

Please read all of the information on this page before submitting your art.
Include your professional artist social media link in the submission form below.
INCOMPLETE submissions will be automatically rejected.

Qualities we look for:

Art with fresh decorative appeal
Palettes and Styles that are in keeping with current trends
Artists who are open to art direction
Artists who are continuously making new work

Subjects We Need:

Coastal, Landscapes, Florals, Abstracts, Maps, Inspirational, Figurative, Nature & Photography, Jewelry, Fabric Art - all using a coastal friendly color palette.

All submitted artwork must be your own original work. No artwork will be accepted that perfectly mimics another artist or includes copyrighted materials.

Violation of this rule will result in new membership denial or revocation of membership and immediate removal of art.

Note:

We reserve the right to cancel membership at any time.

We are not currently adding new artists to the gallery at this time.

However, we love to see new talent. If you are a professional artist with proven sales records, please feel free to submit your art below.

We pull from the submissions on file when we are looking to add a new artist.

TO SUBMIT YOUR ART:

Fill out the form below and upload a photograph of each piece you wish for us to consider.

What to include:

Please make sure the artist pages/links you send to us are public so that we have full access to your work.
In addition, please attach up to 4 jpgs that represent your work (5×7 at 72 dpi, or under 1 MB each).

In your art description, please include the price, overall dimensions, type of surface and medium used. Also include finishing details; i.e. gallery wrapped canvas in floater frame. All wall art must be finished with strong picture hanging wire. Smaller lightweight pieces may be finished with a single sawtooth hanger. No D rings without wire or double sawtooth hangers allowed. No nude artwork will be accepted.

New membership approval will be based on gallery space and how well your art fits within our current collection.

Managing expectations:

Once you submit your art, it is uploaded to our submission database for review. Please be patient if you do not hear from us right away. We receive many submissions every day and do our best to respond to each in a timely manner.

Art is reviewed during business hours only. If you send in your submission after hours, it may not be viewed until the next business day. We love viewing artwork, but it is only fair to let you know that we take a small percentage of the large number of artists who approach us.

If you are a current artist with us, your submissions go to the top of the list and we will be in touch as soon as possible. Please do not phone or text. We are sorry but we cannot respond to inquiries via phone or provide individual feedback due to the high volume of submissions received each week.

If you do not hear from us within 30 days, it means that we are unfortunately not able to use your work. If your art is not selected, it may be due to limited gallery space or that it is not a good fit at this time.

If we cannot accept your art at the moment, please feel free to submit new works as our collection is always evolving.
