TO SUBMIT YOUR ART:

Fill out the form below and upload a photograph of each piece you wish for us to consider.

What to include:

Please make sure the artist pages/links you send to us are public so that we have full access to your work.
In addition, please attach up to 4 jpgs that represent your work (5×7 at 72 dpi, or under 1 MB each).

In your art description, please include the price, overall dimensions, type of surface and medium used. Also include finishing details; i.e. gallery wrapped canvas in floater frame.

New membership approval will be based on gallery space and how well your art fits within our current collection.

At this time, our gallery represents only local artists living within a 30 mile radius of our address.

Managing expectations:

Once you submit your art, it is uploaded to our submission database and then to our committee for review. Please be patient if you do not hear from us right away. We receive many submissions every day and do our best to respond to each in a timely manner.

Art is reviewed during business hours only. If you send in your submission after hours, it may not be viewed until the next business day. We love viewing artwork, but it is only fair to let you know that we take a small percentage of the large number of artists who approach us.

If you are a current artist with us, your submissions go to the top of the list and we will be in touch as soon as possible. Please do not phone or text. We are sorry but we cannot respond to inquiries via phone or provide individual feedback due to the high volume of submissions received each week.

If you do not hear from us within 30 days, it means that we are unfortunately not able to use your work. If your art is not selected, it may be due to limited gallery space or that it is not a good fit at this time.

If we cannot accept your art at the moment, please feel free to submit new works as our collection is always evolving.
